Contract Opportunity – Industrial/Office Space Electrical Services (GTA Region)

DelcoLink is hiring certified and experienced electricians for consistent, high-volume work across office, warehouse, and light industrial spaces in the Greater Toronto Area. This contract opportunity is ideal for professionals seeking stable hours, straightforward assignments, and long-term partnerships.

Scope of Work (95% of Jobs)

The majority of work involves:

Installing new outlets (standard and appliance-grade)
Running wires for fixtures, devices, and network drops
Installing and wiring LED panel boards
Performing minor service panel adjustments and finish work

These are low-voltage to mid-complexity service calls for new tenants, layout changes, or small retrofits.

Other occasional tasks may include:

Emergency troubleshooting
Safety checks and reporting

Service Area

Primarily within Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, and Oakville
Some sites in Hamilton, Niagara, and Durham (based on availability)

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of electrical experience (commercial or light industrial)
Valid Master Electrician Licence
WSIB & Liability Insurance (or intent to obtain)
Own transportation, tools, and PPE
Ability to complete simple digital service reports with photos
Professionalism, punctuality, and reliability are a must

Compensation & Hours

$70.25 per hour * Currently charged by vendor
Minimum 190 hours/week available
Total available workload: 200–300 hours/week
Paid weekly
Materials reimbursed for pre-approved items
3x rate for emergency or off-hours service
Admin support provided: scheduling, billing, and client liaison

The quoted amount excludes applicable local taxes and covers a 12-month service period. Upon contract signing, 25% of the total contract value will be deposited upfront. The remaining balance will be divided into three equal payments throughout the year. The agreement is based on an expected workload of approximately 200 labor hours per week, with consistent demand across DelcoLink’s client facilities.
