Application Requirements (as outlined in our recruitment posting)

• Applicants must have a minimum of two (2) years (24 months) of last-mile commercial logistics experience using the asset they are applying for. AZ/CDL Class (semi-truck) experience does not meet this requirement. Experience must be with light commercial vehicles (SUV, minivan, car, or cargo van).
• Must operate as a registered business entity (Corporation, Sole Proprietorship, or Numbered Company) under an Independent Contractor relationship.

Insurance-Verified Experience Letter Requirement

Applicants are required to submit a two (2) year (24-month) experience letter issued directly by their insurance provider. The letter must be on official insurer letterhead and include all of the following:

• Experience must be within last (5) years
• Policy number
• Name and contact information of the insurance representative for verification
• Exact coverage and experience period (min. 24 months)
• Confirmation of zero at-fault claims during the stated period
• Confirmation of experience in commercial last-mile delivery operations with light-duty vehicles.

This experience must reflect commercial last-mile delivery operations using light commercial vehicles, either as a registered business entity or as an individual operating under a commercial policy.

Documents not issued directly by the insurance company or missing any of the above details will not be accepted and your application will be withdrawn.

Reference Requirements

Individual Operators

If you are an individual operator who has worked with only one company in the past 2 years, you may provide:

• References within the last five (5) years of logistics experience

• All references must use an official company domain email address. Personal or public email domains (e.g., @gmail.com, @yahoo.com, @outlook.com) will not be accepted. This requirement ensures that references are provided by a legitimate professional organization and not by individuals offering personal or informal referrals.

Completion of any screening steps does not guarantee a contract award. Applications are only eligible for consideration after all onboarding requirements are successfully completed.

Specific to 3598/3599: If at any time during the application, screening, or onboarding process an applicant fails to meet any applicable requirement, DelcoLink may, at its sole discretion, decline or terminate the application without liability, including but not limited to failure to maintain active commercial insurance, operate a warehouse/return facility, maintain valid business status, or meet role-specific qualifications. All costs incurred by the applicant in connection with the application or preparation for potential engagement - including facility rental/fees/leases/finance, licenses renewals/issuance, insurance, renewals, or related expenses are incurred entirely at the applicant’s own risk, and DelcoLink does not charge or accept any recruitment, application, or placement fees. Submission of an application does not create any entitlement, contract, or guarantee of engagement, and no reimbursement or compensation shall be owed. DelcoLink will cover only those training, safety equipment, or non-routine compliance costs expressly required by DelcoLink such as Vehicle Safety Inspection included.
