COMPLAINTS AND FEEDBACK POLICY
While feedback is meant as an open forum, our rules and policies listed below are in place to ensure it is used constructively and reasonably.
Feedback extortion is not permitted. Consumers are not permitted to use threats of destructive feedback or low detailed vendor ratings to get something that was not part of the original listings, and vendors cannot demand constructive feedback from consumers. Also, feedback manipulation is not allowed. Users cannot exchange feedback exclusively for the intention of boosting feedback ratings, gaining our benefits, or enhancing their reputation on our platform. Neither can they impact another user’s feedback through a series of repeat service consumption, or by leaving destructive criticisms with a high rating. Vendors are not authorized to include terms and conditions in a listing that limit or restrict the consumer from leaving feedback. Any misuse of feedback is not acceptable. Feedback comments should match the high or low rating that was given in both consumer and vendor feedback. For instance, a destructive comment should not be left with a high rating, vice versa. Follow-up or reply comments must also match the rating and cannot be used to alter a rating. Feedback should only be related to the transaction.
To help protect our users and trust in us, we have regulations to make sure feedback cannot be abused.
NOT ALLOWED
- Conveying opinions on any political, religious, or social issues
- Any links, Uniform Resource Locators (URLs), or other content promoting sales outside of us.
- Any implied or unambiguous threats or extortion
- The publication of any personally identifiable data
- Any inappropriate or offensive language
- Any references to external/internal investigations
- Offering to buy, sell, trade, or give away feedback.
- Enrolling multiple accounts or collaborating with others to trade feedback with the intent of artificially enhancing feedback rating.
- Referencing any feedback in a listing title, category, or description
- Performing transactions with the intent of increasing a feedback rating, or to obtain top rated vendor status or platform benefits.
- Consumers are not permitted to threaten to use feedback to pressure vendors into meeting their demands. For example, consumers cannot threaten to leave destructive feedback unless the vendor pays for return shipping, when the vendor’s return Policy in the listing did not state free of charge returns. If no declaration is made regarding fees, then to be assumed free of charge.
- Vendors are not permitted to demand that consumers take actions related to feedback to receive their purchased goods, such as demanding a consumer to leave constructive feedback before they will send out the order.
- Vendors are not permitted to offer refunds or other monetary reward, or extra goods or services that were not part of the original listing, in exchange for consumers giving feedback or revising destructive or neutral feedback.
- Buying or selling of user accounts
OBLIGATIONS
- Your submission of feedback will become property of ours, with no reward/benefit to you.
- We are not required to review your feedback.
- We may execute and distribute any portion/all your feedback and their contents for any purpose in any way, without any reward to you.
- No concealment Policy will govern your feedback (Not required to maintain your feedback confidential)
CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
We will store, monitor, and evaluate our performance and where applicable, implement modifications to assist us grow and enhance our standard of customer service and overall performance. This Policy is supported by a Compliments, Complaints and Feedback procedure and staff are suitably trained to encourage the management and review of all compliments, complaints, and feedback. Often our vendors are encouraged to hold a product feedback meeting. They discuss the top priorities for our consumers, team members and prospects and look at how the requests align with product and vendor approach. Campaigns of survey allows us to undertake any improvements required to enhance better user experience.
CONSEQUENCES
Activities that do not adhere to our Policy could result in a series of actions including for example: administratively ending or revoking listings, hiding, or downgrading all listings from search results, reducing vendor rating, buying, or selling limits, and account deactivation. All fees paid or payable in relation to listings or accounts on which we take any action will not be refunded or otherwise credited to your account. If you believe that a user may have violated this Policy, you can report the consumer or vendor to our support team.
CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
The content of this Policy is for your general information and use only. These policies are subject to modification without notice. You acknowledge that this information may contain inaccuracies or errors and is subject to adjustment and we expressly omit liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest degree authorized by law. We urge you to regularly review this page (and all available policies & agreements) for the latest information on the Policy. Your continued use of our platform and internet sites constitutes your agreement to be obliged by such amendments to this Policy. Your only remedy, if you do not agree to the terms of this Policy, is to cease use of and access to our platform and internet sites.
Each version of this Policy is identified by its effective date on this article.

Non-English versions of this Policy are supplied for accessibility only. In the occurrence of any ambiguity or conflict between interpretations, the English version is authoritative and rules.
